Returns

You can return unopened, sealed jars within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened jars back unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, send us a message with your order number and a photo within 3 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including delivery, at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Send us a message through our Contact page with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with the next steps. Please don't send items back before we confirm.

Return delivery

For unopened returns, return delivery is at your cost and the original delivery fee isn't refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges

To swap sizes, return the unopened jar and place a new order.
