How often should I use it?

One to two times a week on the face or body. Leave it on for 15–20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Our guide How often should you use a mud mask? covers each skin type.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

It's made for all skin types, with no alcohol or parabens. If your skin is sensitive, try a small patch on your inner arm first.

Can men use it?

Yes. XENA is made for everyone, and works well as a weekly deep clean or before shaving. See our weekly skincare reset for men.

Where is it made?

XENA is made in Jordan with mud from the Dead Sea.

How fast is delivery?

We deliver to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, within two business days. Delivery is free on orders of AED 60 or more, and AED 20 on orders below that. Delivery to the rest of the GCC is coming soon.

How can I pay?

Pay securely at checkout by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. You can also choose cash on delivery and pay when your order arrives.

How should I store it?

Keep it in a dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Use within 6 months of opening. Unopened jars keep for 3 years from production, and the date is printed on the pack.

What is your return policy?

You can return unopened jars within 14 days of delivery. Opened jars can only be returned if they arrived damaged. To start a return, send us a message through our Contact page. Full details are in our Refund policy.
